Information collected

UAV Zones may process account details, pilot preferences, mission locations, equipment records, flight logs, uploaded documents, diagnostics, and location only when needed for features you choose to use.

How information is used

Information supports airspace awareness, mission planning, weather checks, operational records, synchronization, security, and customer support. Precise location and pilot credentials are not sold.

FAA and LAANC status

UAV Zones is not currently an approved LAANC provider and this build does not submit information to FAA LAANC systems. If the service is approved and enabled later, the policy will be updated before collection or submission and users will receive the required notices. The FAA publishes a separate LAANC Privacy Statement.

Retention and deletion

Account holders can request an export or delete their account in Settings. Production deployment must connect this workflow to verified server-side deletion of user rows and stored objects before accounts are offered publicly.

Service providers

Configured deployments may use Supabase, hosting, map, geocoding, weather, analytics, and approved aviation providers. Each production provider, purpose, data category, and region must be disclosed before release.
